Duration and price of online coaching

During the first online meeting with me, we find out your goal and make a plan for how to achieve it. Usually, the first session takes up to 60 minutes (an hour) to discuss everything. It is also a great opportunity to get to know each other and it helps you decide whether you want to proceed with the coaching. The following sessions are usually 45 minutes.

The price of an online vitality coaching session is 42 euros.

You are free to end the sessions at any time.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a good choice when you are looking for understanding and guidance. Coaching is a cooperation between the coach (as a supporter and guide) and a coachee (as a client); it is a development process in which, the coach helps the coachee achieve her/his personal or professional goals. Coaching is not therapy or consultancy.

Instead of focussing on problems, the coach and coachee are looking for solutions. As soon as a goal has been set, an action plan will be developed that guides the coachee towards the result she/he wants to achieve. The role of the coach is to understand and support the coachee, to listen and ask questions if needed; to guide and encourage her/him step by step towards solutions. The input and effort from the coachee cannot be undervalued, the goals can only be reached through trustful teamwork.

Coaching is conducted in sessions that usually last 45 - 60 minutes. The frequency of the sessions depends on the need. Normally the coach and coachee meet once in two weeks and in between the sessions the coachee has exercises that need to be practised independently. But there is no golden rule here, it always depends on the specifics of the case.

Online coaching is a form of coaching service provided via the Internet. It is a comfortable alternative to receive coaching without leaving home. Coaching sessions are usually organised via Skype or Zoom, the only requirement is access to the Internet.

Online coaching has become popular, indispensable even in hard times of crisis when most people are forced to stay home and work remotely with limited contact with other people.
